HOW I GOT STARTED IN FITNESS

In school I was very active and participated in multiple sports such as rugby, swimming and cricket and at the time I made a promise to myself that I would never let myself be out of shape or unfit when I got older.

Fast forward 15-20 years I had progressed in my career as a Marine Technician and ended up working behind a desk which meant my lifestyle was very sedentary and paid no attention to what I was eating or drinking.

This led to me to gain weight and have a lot of insecurities and low self-esteem. It was only when I got back from a vacation and saw a picture of myself where I hardly recognised the person in the photo that I knew I had to make a radical change to my lifestyle. Shortly after this, my fitness journey began.

I started doing research on the best way to go about losing weight and would often take Fitness and Bodybuilding Magazines to the gym with me to copy the workouts.

This proved to be a frustrating and difficult task because there was too much information out there and I had no clue which method would be the best way for me. In the end, I decided to reach out to an experienced Personal Trainer with a proven track record who gave me a diet and training programme to follow. I meticulously followed the plan for 12 weeks and ended up losing 12 kgs resulting in an amazing transformation both physically and mentally.

After I had completed my 12 Week Transformation it made me realise that I had developed a profound passion for Health and Fitness and found myself wanting to help others who were inspired by my transformation, especially knowing how difficult it can be finding the right method to lose or gain weight due to the amount of confusing information available.

So, I made the risky decision to give up my corporate job as a Marine Tech Service Representative to pursue a career in Health and Fitness. I never knew that one day my passion would lead me to work with VIPs and Celebs around the world.


Watching how my clients transform has had a positive effect on their lives but also inspires and motivates me to help more people pursue the physique of their dreams and live a long healthy life.

After working with thousands of clients from all walks of life, I have learnt to keep both diet and training methods as simple as possible but yet teach my clients to be ruthlessly consistent when applying these methods.
I have found the simpler the method the easier it is for clients to follow and enjoy the process instead of a loathsome everyday chore. That way they are more than likely to stick to the lifestyle longer and therefore be rewarded with great results.
